My niece who plays Rugby... hard hitting, seriously sweaty, muddy and bone crushing Rugby... Woman's Rugby... and I know after your first match either on the pitch or on the sidelines just watching... you will love it!
Years ago she used to write letters. Now you tell me the last time you received a letter in the post? I think she was 13. One of the expressions she used at the time was "Jammie Dodgers!"
Here's the meaning... and I have it on very good authority: Someone who is "Jammie" is very lucky!
So I have to say it, "Jammie Dodgers!" If you happen to have them on hand... I suggest a nice cup of tea.... and may we all have a "Jammie" New Year
